You will need like 4 pasta ingredients: 3 large eggs, flour, olive oil and salt. The eggs should be room temperature, you can choose the kind of flour that you like the work with, or what in your opinion will be the best flour for pasta. If the texture of the dough doesn’t feel right you can add one or two tablespoons of water.

- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs large, room temperature
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix the flour, eggs, olive oil and salt in a bowl. If needed you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.
- Put the dough into a work surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Then let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
