  • 5 pounds pork shoulder
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
