If you are asking what is Panko i will tell you that is a kind of flaky breadcrumb. It is widely utilized in Asian cuisine, though it is becoming more popular and widely accessible in worldwide cooking.
What sets it apart from regular breadcrumbs is its feel and the kind of bread that is used. While breadcrumbs could be produced with numerous different kinds of bread, panko is created with white bread. There are two kinds of panko: white panko, which can be manufactured from white bread with no crust, and tan panko, which can be produced from the whole loaf. The bread has been processed to large flakes, instead of crumbs, then dried.
Panko includes a light, airy, and delicate feel which helps it clear as it cooks. The feel of panko makes it particularly wonderful for fried foods since it absorbs less petroleum compared to breadcrumbs, maintaining food simpler and crunchy.
