Best Pecan Pie
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, corn syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Now add the pecans and stir.
- Pour in the pie crust and bake for 60 minutes.
